From simple positioning measurement to synchronized multi-axis control, a wide range of cards: Counting cards collect position information from incremental encoders or SSI. Actual positions are compared with internally stored setpoints. CJ2M CPU units have dedicated positioning functions that can be used by installing up to 2 optional pulse I/O cards. Position control and axis control units equipped with the MECHATROLINK-II interface can control multiple drivers via a single high-speed link. Message routing across communication layers allows peripherals to be configured from any point in the control network.
