From simple positioning measurement to synchronized multi-axis control, a wide range of boards: Counting boards collect position information from incremental or SSI encoders. Actual positions are compared with internally stored setpoints. CJ2M CPU boards are equipped with dedicated positioning functions that can be used by installing up to 2 optional pulse I/O boards. Position control and axis control boards equipped with the MECHATROLINK-II interface can control multiple drivers via a single high-speed link. Message routing across communication layers allows configuration of peripherals from any point on the control network.
