The main improvements of the S8JX-P models concern harmonic current suppression / power factor correction (PFC) and compliance with the EMI EN55011 Class B standard. Additional features have also been added (on 300 and 600 W models only): Remote sensing, to correct voltage drops in load wires; Remote control, via an external signal, allowing you to turn the output on and off without having to disable the input voltage; Alarm output, informing you of power supply errors such as fan failure or lack of voltage.
